This site does not include a contact form. If you reach out by phone or email to schedule a free consultation, any information you share with me at that stage (such as your name, contact information, and anything you choose to tell me about why you’re seeking therapy) is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to schedule and prepare for a consultation.
Please note that email and phone communication are not fully secure methods of transmitting sensitive information. I recommend avoiding highly sensitive personal or clinical details in initial emails; a phone call or the consultation itself is a more appropriate place for that conversation.
Confidentiality Before and During Treatment
Information shared during an initial consultation is treated with the same care and discretion as clinical information, though please note that the formal confidentiality protections and legal privilege that apply to psychotherapy records begin once a client-therapist relationship is established.
How I Use Your Information
Any information collected — whether passively through the site or directly through your outreach — is used only to:
- Operate and maintain this website
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a consultation
- Comply with legal and professional obligations as a licensed mental health provider in California
