In our work together, I strive to meet you in your world, to understand how you see and feel things, and to collaborate on a path that supports your growth and your truth. I work with the belief that each person carries a rich internal landscape, often shaped by early experiences, unconscious stories, and deep emotional currents. By paying attention to symbolic language, recurring patterns, and emotional responses, we can uncover the deeper threads that run through your life and help you make meaning of them in a way that empowers you.
Creativity is at the core of how I support clients. I believe everyone is inherently creative – and for many, creativity is not just a passion, but a vital way of processing experience, especially when it comes to trauma, identity, and complex emotions. Whether it’s through writing, visual art, music, movement, or simply speaking in metaphor, creative expression can allow things to surface that words alone might not reach. I aim to set the stage for this kind of exploration, without judgement. I also welcome and affirm all parts of who you are, including the aspects that may have been misunderstood, marginalized, or shamed – whether that’s your identity, your relationships, or your ways of expressing desire and connection. Together, we work not just toward symptom relief, but toward integration, clarity, and a fuller sense of self.

Please Note: You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
